Staci's journey working with individuals with disabilities began when she was a high school student. In high school she started a job as a respite care taker as well as a volunteer coordinator for a dance program designed for young adults with disabilities. Staci knew that her career path would involve working with individuals with disabilities. Staci obtained her bachelor's in special education with an emphasis in severe developmental disabilities from the University of Central Missouri. After graduation, Staci began working as a classroom teacher in a self-contained program for individuals with autism. Staci continues to obtain more knowledge in special education as she is currently completing her masters in special education with an emphasis in autism. Staci is excited to be apart of Milestones Academy and continue to work with students, staffs and their families as a team. For free time, Staci enjoys attending sporting events, going on walks with her two dogs, and playing in volleyball leagues throughout the year.
