Haley always knew she wanted to pursue a career in helping children from an early age. While in college, Haley’s cousin was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and she knew that she wanted to learn more and focus on early interventions for individuals with disabilities. Haley graduated from Kansas State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in communication science and disorders. After graduating, Haley became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing direct 1:1 service for children with autism. She continued to receive a master’s degree in special education with an emphasis in autism and began her coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Since becoming a BCBA, Haley has provided behavior analytic services to children with autism in school, home and clinic-based environments.
