Danielle is currently working as a behavior specialist in the Crisis Intervention and Prevention Service (CIPS) and provides person-centered strategies consultation to individuals enrolled in the CIPS program. She is currently working on her master's degree in applied behavior analysis after obtaining a bachelor's degree in sociology from Hartwick College located in upstate New York. Her passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities started after providing respite/direct support services for several individuals throughout high school and college. After moving to Kansas City, she started her career as an implementor and later program supervisor at Milestones Academy. Her short-term goals include finishing the coursework to obtain her Master's degree and to pass the exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
