Kansas City Autism Parent Conference

In collaboration with Children’s Mercy- Kansas City, the Thompson Center is excited to host its 2019 Kansas City Autism Parent Conference for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of a child with ASD.

Registration and Check-In begins at 8:00am with the keynote starting at 8:30am.

To purchase a ticket for this event, click on the green Tickets tab at the upper right and then click on the number of admissions needed to add the Autism Parent Conference Admission ticket. The cost to attend is $40+ $3.99 service fee for a total of $43.99 per ticket. (Lunch is provided)

If you wish to purchase an additional ticket for other family members (up to 4), add the Additional Parent Ticket. Cost for this ticket is $20 + $2.99 fee. You can NOT purchase an Additional Parent ticket without also purchasing the Autism Parent Conference Admission ticket.

In addition to purchasing your admission ticket, please select tickets for the sessions you will be attending. These are FREE but required to assist us with an accurate head count. You will select just one per person, either OPTION 1OPTION 2 or OPTION 3 for each time slot (9:50, 12:05, & 1:25). Everyone will attend the Keynote and Parent Panel at the beginning and ending of the day.

Note: The session, Increasing Emergent Communication Skills: Pivotal Response Training, is a two part session and goes across two time slots. Families who attend this session also have the option to receive free video-based individualized coaching with their child following the training day. Space for the additional training is limited. If interested, please select the PRT Coaching ticket (listed last in the Details selections) and a Thompson Center staff member will be in contact. You do not have to participate in the additional coaching in order to attend the session during the conference.
