Becca graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Science and a minor in Psychology. During her time at KU, Becca gained experience in both the research and applied areas of the behavior science field. Becca began her career as a behavioral technician providing individualized behavioral therapy to children with autism. Unlocking a child’s potential for greatness and watching them grow is very reinforcing for her. Becca plans to work towards a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Science with a focus in Organizational Behavior Management and obtain BCBA certification. In her spare time, Becca enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dogs, and improving on her baking skills.
